Milestone 2 achieved! We have successfully defined the amino acid profile and broiler proteolytic dynamics, a key step toward designing the target protein in WP3.

This milestone marks the start of a crucial phase in which Barcelona Supercomputing Centre (BSC) will design our target proteins, translating biological insights into tailored protein solutions. Solid science, well‑digested data (quite literally), and the project moving forward right on track.
